Enter your e-mail address (username@yourdomain.com / assigned by ZimmerWorks) and then enter the password assigned by ZimmerWorks.  Contact

See instructions below to configure your e-mail program (i.e. MS Outlook, Netscape Communicator, Eudora) and receive your e-mail automatically.

E-mail setup for ZimmerWorks clients:

To configure your e-mail program (i.e. MS Outlook, Netscape Communicator, Eudora) to receive your e-mail, use the following information, substituting your domain name for "yourname.com":

POP (incoming) Server: mail.yourname.com
SMTP (outgoing) Server: mail.yourname.com
Username or Login: user.yourname.com
Password: password (contact Austin@ZimmerWorks.com)

Note: When setting up Outlook, please do not select the 'Leave Mail on the Server" box. If you are using Microsoft Outlook, click on Tools, Accounts and then Properties. There you will see the Advanced section where you can see if you have the option to 'Leave Mail on the Server' is checked, if it is please deselect it.  If you need to 'leave mail on server' please select 'remove mail after 7 days' AND 'remove mail from server when deleted.'
