Name: Dwight Alexander Townsend-Gray

Birth date: March 5th, 1992

Birthplace: Holy Cross Hospital, Silver Spring, Maryland

I lived in Hyattsville, MD until I was one year old. My mom was a Properties Mistress then a Stage manager. My dad went back to collage after working for Red Cross for a little while out of Kenyon and got his masters and then started working as a Lighting Designer, he spent a large part of his career at Arena Stage, two stints totaling 10 years, his apprentice is still there. My parents met working on a show in 1989, got married a year later. They had me in 1992 and when I was one we moved to Michigan. We lived there in both St.Louis, Michigan where my sister was born in 94, and in Lansing, the center of the mitt, in a nice big house which I miss, for a few years. In March of 97 My other sister was born. That summer my dad took a job at a theater in New Hampshire, where we spent the summer, and lived in a tiny house. That fall we moved back to Maryland.
For two years from age 5-7 my family rented a house in Bowie, were I attended Tulip Grove Elementary for Kindegraden-1st grade. We then moved to Berwyn Heights, MD, and I attended Tulip Grove for second grade. My mom, who had been a teacher since I had been born, moved to Our Saviors Academy where I attended 3rd Grade. My mom stayed there, while Kaitlyn and I attended 4th grade for me and 2nd for her, at Highland Park Public Elementary. Then my mom moved to teach at New Hope Academy,  where I spent 5th and 6th grade, while my two sister attended Kindergarden-2nd and 3rd-6th grades at the newly opened Berwyn Heights Elementary. After the 2003-2004 school year I took the ISEE and was applied to Landon School. I was accepted. From 2005 until the present day I have attended Landon for 7th-12th grades. In November of 2007 after spending 9 years, over half my life, in Berwyn Heights my family moved to Rockville,MD. This was a family decision because Heather, Dad, and I all attended school and working in Montgomery county. Our lives were centered in and around Bethesda, especially with Heather's and my friends, who all lived around the area. The commute had become to much. My sister Kaitlyn now attends Rockville HS and Heather Wood MS.
